Return Process

  Initiate via Order History

  Sign in to your Google Store account, locate the specific order in your history, and select the 'Return' option to start the process.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your return request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and a packing slip to include in your box.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the item in its original packaging with all included cables and manuals, then secure the box and attach the prepaid label to the exterior.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
