When will my order arrive?

What is the return policy for Google hardware?
You can typically return items within 15 calendar days after the day you receive them. For Nest thermostats and some other specific categories, the window may extend to 30 days. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also use Google Pay for a faster checkout experience, and financing options may be available for eligible products.
Do Google products come with a warranty?
Yes, most Google hardware products come with a limited manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. You can also purchase Preferred Care for extended coverage and accidental damage protection.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order shortly after placing it by visiting your Order History page. If the 'Cancel' button is no longer visible, it means the order has already entered the shipping process and cannot be canceled, but you may still return it once it arrives.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
To protect your security, we cannot change the shipping address once an order is submitted. If the package hasn't shipped yet, you may cancel the order and place a new one with the correct address.
